 What is an Open Box product?
Open box products are products in good working condition but have been returned to our warehouse. These products have been inspected by our warehouse staff and have been deemed re-saleable. They are free from any visible scratches, dents, or any other damage.
Do You Guarantee these Products?
We are confident in our Open Box program, so we back our Open Box merchandise with a 1-year limited warranty. The guarantee applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any products that fail to operate due to any of these defects.
Can Open Box products be returned?
Unfortunately no. Do to the nature of these types of products,
we can not take them back a second time. The idea behind our Open Box
program is that we transfer great savings to you for "less than new" products that you
desire and are readily available in our warehouse.
How does it work?
Purchasing an Open Box product works the same way as any other purchase. All other standard policies apply. The only difference is the price!
